**Job Overview**:
The purpose of this position is to run and coordinate events at Benchview Equestrian Centre, especially children’s birthday parties. At all times, employees are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and provide services in a friendly and efficient manner.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Energetic personality that shows an urgency for service
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude and a willingness to help others
- Must speak English fluently and be able to write basic English
- General problem solving skills
- Experience working with children is an asset
- Experience with horses is required

**General Responsibilities**
- Assist in set up and clean up for parties, as well as checking and maintaining cleanliness of area.
- Assist in decorating for the party.
- Greets all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Run age-appropriate games and activities for the duration of the party.
- Supervision of children.
- Assist with food and cake serving if required.
- Prepare and hand out loot bags if applicable.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements to ensure a safe experience for all in attendance.
- Promote the booking for other parties to people in attendance.
- Refer other leads that will result in more party bookings. ($25 bonus to be provided for each future booked parties)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

- French not required

- Commission pay
