Logistics Coordinator

**How you will contribute**:
Cross Border Shipping
- Stay informed about cross-border and international tariff taxes and duties.
- Identify cost-effective shipping solutions for end consumers.
- Recommend changes to shipping processes and SKUs to reduce risks and costs.

3PL Management
- Research, onboard, and manage 3PL providers to improve shipping speed, optimize operations, and reduce outbound shipping costs.

Cost Management
- Strong negotiations skills to reduce overall department costs including shipping, overhead costs, purchases, and miscellaneous maintenance expenses.

Inventory Management
- Implement best practices to achieve 95% inventory accuracy.
- Work with supply chain to maintain parts, packaging, and supplies for at least 6 months.
- Ensure all inventory is live and available for sale on the website.

Outbound Shipping
- Coordinate outbound shipping across North America with preferred carriers, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Resolve shipping conflicts due to delays, changes in duties, or tariff regulations.
- Advise on logistics best practices for domestic and cross-border shipping.

Returns Processing
- Lead the returns team, ensuring a maximum 1-week backlog.
- Coordinate with sales to ensure SKUs are available across platforms.
- Implement best practices to improve returns processing efficiency.

Receiving
- Count and validate incoming shipments.
- Coordinate quality checks with Research and Engineering.
- Track and adjust inventory as needed.

Facility Management
- Manage the facility maintenance.
- Health & safety lead.
- Security lead

Collaboration with Supply Chain
- Collaborate and be the second in command to our Supply Chain Specialist.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience including 1-2 years warehouse team management.
- Strong background in warehouse distribution and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in transportation management systems and data analysis
- Familiarity with cost management and process improvement strategies
- Knowledge of e-commerce, procurement, and materials management
- Ability to effectively manage inventory and demand planning
