**Responsibilities**:

- A customer service “driven” attitude is an absolute must
- Handle sales and service at the front counter and on the telephone, with a friendly/positive attitude and a strong focus on an enhanced customer experience
- Resolving issues with a smile
- Write up work orders for all sales and service transactions and present to the Technicians
- Maintain product and service displays in a marketable and clean appearance
- Monitor all service activities to ensure work is completed according to the daily schedule and in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail/Customer based business an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Computer literate
- Ability and willingness to follow through on issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
