We are a well-established Brain Health Centre located in North Vancouver. We have an opening for 1 full-time **Digital Marketing Coordinator** position. All training will be provided on the job.

**What You’ll be Responsible for as the Client Acquisition Associate**:
- Develop and execute the paid media strategy to support growth in key markets.
- Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights. Provide recommendations for revising campaign strategy, action the changes as needed, and inform stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor budgets for performance of paid ads based on CPC & CPA targets to ensure optimal performance on a monthly basis.
- Work with the marketing team members to set-up tests and experiments to identify new and alternative ways to grow our audience, to help reach our marketing objectives and goals
- Execute digital marketing strategies designed to drive website traffic, increase user engagement, and enhance overall brand visibility.
- Plan and manage content calendars for website blog, online PR activities, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with the website support team to implement timely and accurate content updates and support the planning and execution of digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage paid media campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Maintain the organized content library and creatively repurpose photo and video assets to support marketing efforts.
- Monitor and manage activity across Google Business accounts, responding to Google reviews, and inquiries.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure website catalogue and promotional content remain current, accurate, and aligned with active marketing initiatives.
- Manage business listings and content updates across partner and supplier websites, Google listings, and relevant directories.
- Support internal team communication by preparing updates on marketing activities, partnerships, events, and sales initiatives.
- Assist with budget planning by organizing and tracking invoices, data reports, and campaign documentation.
- Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign planning.
- Create and set up Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives.
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Track expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints.
- Work closely with other marketing professionals to align online and offline marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to create effective copy that aligns with ad campaigns and lead journeys.
- Support, execute, and refine content strategies to improve lead generation and engagement.
- Responsible for the management of Google Analytics implementation and ongoing innovation of the tool.
- Create dashboards, reports, and generate valuable insights to the wider organization on any marketing related efforts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries to assist in assessing and optimizing the performance of our search, analytics platform, and paid media.
**Skills**:
- Expert analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
