About the role:
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you get the unique opportunity to learn from several different areas of our marketing team: demand generation, copywriting, social media, digital and in-person events, web, and product marketing. This cross-functional position plays a pivotal role in the success and alignment of our global marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Marketo campaigns flawlessly; analyze reports to extract key insights and share them with the broader team to improve future campaign performance and make informed decisions
- Set up webinar automations with integrated platforms: Marketo, ON24 and Salesforce
- Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) as well as monitoring social activities to assess the public’s perception of the company’s brand
- Work with the Manager of Marketing Operations to develop efficient processes and streamline existing workflows by leveraging marketing automation and monitoring the performance of our marketing initiatives
- Assist in managing and updating the company website as required
- Generating analytics and reports for the marketing team as required

**Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or computer science
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to extract key metrics
- A good understanding of the basic principles of marketing and digital marketing campaigns to support the production of marketing promotions
- Experience with and/or desire to learn about CRMs and other marketing software: Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Drupal, Cvent
- A fast and willing learner; capable of picking up new marketing technology quickly
- An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining an attention to detail
- Has intellectual curiosity and is motivated by complexity - perseverant
- Able to adapt to the dynamic priorities and strategies of the team
