Location: Hawkesbury.

We are looking for enthusiastic Dental Receptionist having dental background or dental assistant to join our team of dedicated dental practitioners. You will be face of the clinic, help with managing phone calls, controlling and scheduling patient appointments including gathering patient’s insurance information and updating current info. Confirming and documenting patient appointments. Ensuring the next day’s schedule is filled for the doctor and hygienist, utilizing various reports and help maintain the smooth running of clinic.

**Qualifications**
- Quality Interpersonal/Communication Skills (required)
- Minimum of One Year Experience as a Dental Administrator (preferred)
- Bilingual (required)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, Professional appearance and manner, Computer literacy with background in Dental Software.
- Positive learning attitude with ability to work in fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn from feedback.
- Comfortable with case acceptance, treatment plan discussions with patients, following up with estimates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
