Dental Receptionist

Location: Hawkesbury.

We are looking for enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team of dedicated dental practitioners. You will be face of the clinic, help with managing phone calls, controlling and scheduling patient appointments including gathering patient’s insurance information and updating current info. Confirming and documenting patient appointments. Ensuring the next day’s schedule is filled for the doctor and hygienist, utilizing various reports and help maintain the smooth running of clinic. Ensure clinic is functioning properly and help Doctor as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Quality Interpersonal/Communication Skills. Written/Oral (required)
- Bilingual (required)
- Preferred Min. One Year Experience as a Dental Administrator
- Preferred Dental background or dental assistant
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, Professional appearance and manner, Computer literacy with background in Dental Software.
- Positive learning attitude with ability to work in fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn from feedback.
- Comfortable with case acceptance, treatment plan discussions with patients, following up with estimates

Pay based on experience and skills in dental field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
