**Job Location**: 55 Grencer Rd., Bradford, ON

Maxim Mechanical is a construction company working within Commercial and Industrial mechanical projects. We are a design/build company with a focus on process piping, plumbing, drainage, water distribution, gas and TSSA B31.3 - B31.1.

We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator who has experience in the construction industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue contracts and purchase orders as directed by the Project Manager.
- Source materials based off of design and project drawings
- Involved in creating a schedule and labour plan for the project using software’s
- Work with accounting department to ensure project accounting is accurate and timely.
- Participate in site meetings.
- Strong ability to read drawings, prepare PO’s, RFI’s/RFQ’s and Change Orders
- Put together and maintain shop drawings, warranties, specifications and close-out documents

**Job skills and abilities**:

- Understanding of construction terminology, design, techniques, stages of construction, tendering and bidding process, sequences, drawings and specifications, building systems, equipment, material, standards and codes
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, and project management principles Equipment knowledge and use
- Knowledge and familiarity with AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Procore, Building Connected and other similar software’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several simultaneous activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.), Adobe, Gantt charts
- Dedicated, self motivated, organized, resourceful, detail oriented.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License, and have reliable vehicle for site visits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
