Assistant Project Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize project management software such as HeavyBid and ProCore to track project progress and manage resources.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Conduct construction estimating to prepare budgets and forecasts for upcoming projects.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members using Bluebeam for document sharing and markup.
- Monitor timelines and deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Support the project team in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in project management or a related field within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or other construction management software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
