Construction Labourer

Hady Construction is looking for a General Labourer that will assist our Site Superintendent, with any and all work, as needed from foundation up.

We are looking for hardworking individual, with some experience in construction and working under a supervisor in Commercial / Industrial Construction. Someone with a great attitude.

We are a General Contractor with a team of leading professionals in a small-company setting, that specializes in Industrial, Commercial and some Institutional projects with a vast number of Car Dealership Projects under our belt.

Compensation relevant to experience + Health and Dental (after 3 months of employment).

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 2+ year of COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL experience
- Ability to quickly identify problem situations
- Great attitude
- Knowledge of Construction Health & Safety requirements and environmental hazards and controls
- Up to date safety training including: Working at Heights, WHMIS & Forklift (an asset)
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Knows how to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (an asset)

**Responsibilities**:

- Help Site Superintendent with all work around the site, including but not limited to:

- General Clean up
- Follow our Safety Program
- Day-to-day field activities
- Great working attitude and knows how to follow instructions
- Monday to Friday work, with occasional Weekends
- Maintain a safe, organized and clean job site compliant with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulation for Construction Projects
- Provide other duties as requested and required
