**Sales Account Coordinator**

At Freshouse Foods, we create custom protein items with the help and direction of our partners. We want to build our creations to meet and exceed our customers needs.

With over 60 years of major retail and foodservice experience, our expertise in product development has enabled us to react swiftly to customer wants and expectations. Our flexibility and versatility on our production floors allow us to offer an array of retail and foodservices products.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position is responsible for maintaining sales accounts including tracking sales trends, inputting new sales, reviewing customer concerns and presenting solutions, and interacting with the production team to ensure fulfillment of orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Review existing sales accounts and track sales trends.

Maintain sales accounts database and input new sales accounts.

Review customer concerns and present strategies to Vice-President of Sales for addressing concerns.

Assist Vice-President of Sales with customers' meetings and developing presentations.

Assist Vice-President of Sales with communication strategies for the roll-out of new products to customers.

Inform Production and/or Logistics of any new sales accounts or upcoming promotions in order to ensure product fulfilment.

Build and maintain knowledge base of competitors and retailer trends in the marketplace/industry and integrate this information into strategic recommendations.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of one (1) years working knowledge in account administration.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects on time and on budget.

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP experience is considered an asset.

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
