Canoil Canada, a leader in specialty niche greases, specialty lubricants and oils, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling Canoil branded products, renowned for their exceptional response to specialized market needs in addition to other products under Canoil distributorship. Our well-equipped, flexible blending and packaging facility enables us to provide a fully integrated service, including product creation, testing, certifications, and packaging.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with R&D and other departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience in the lubricants industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Preparedness to call on customers and generate new business consistently
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience
- Bachelor's degree; a higher education is a plus
