**Responsibilities**
- Assists in the performance of Contract Review for incoming orders
- Communicates daily with Customers for scheduling of Trucks
- Works/Communicates with QA department for certifications of finished work.
- Maintains production filing system
- Coordinates with the plant manager to achieve production objectives
- Ensure accuracy of paperwork as it relate to all functions of Shipping and receiving
- Communicates with customers and general H&S work force for the purpose of timely deliveries of customer product
- Other duties as assigned

**Working Conditions**
- Clean, bright office
- Exposure to noise and dirt in industrial facilities
