Tillsonburg Custom Foods has an immediate opening for a warehouse associate. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, loading trucks, reviewing inventory changes to ensure proper adjustments have been made, and other tasks as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Fulfilling orders received from the Logistic Coordinator, Production Manager and Shipping/Receiving Supervisor;
- Physically receive all deliveries to TCF;
- Ensure that food safety is not compromised while loading, unloading and storage practices;
- Load trucks for delivery as required;
- Aid in/maintain the organization of product into the storage freezer
- Adhere to timing schedule set in place by the Logistics Coordinator, Production Manager and/or Supervisor
- Timely and accurately picking items/products from bill of lading
- Review and retain knowledge of inventory changes of product

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work as a team effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a cold environment (-18 degrees)
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements
- Ability to multi-task and remain standing or moving for long periods of time
- Prior experience in shipping/receiving would be an asset
- Prior experience in food processing preferred
- Participate as an active member of the shipping/receiving team
- Manual and physical labour of moving products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
