**RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**: - Oversees all aspects of financing and leasing. - Assists Sales team in all areas of financing, keeping them advised of the status of contracts. - Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability - Supervises the finance and lease portfolio and, in conjunction with the Sales Manager, ensures proper follow-up with leasing clients. - Maintains primary contact with financing and leasing sources and ensures that the preparations for finance and lease contracts are error-free - Working to get the customer’s financed, and deals funded promptly. - Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, provincial and federal guidelines **REQUIREMENTS**: - A valid OMVIC license (or willing to get OMVIC license) - A valid class "G" license - Previous Automotive F&I experience an asset - Evening and Saturday shifts required **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - London, ON N6J 2N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person
