As a Renewal Specialist at CDW, you'll play a vital role in the customer relationship process. Calling upon, leveraging, and ultimately strengthening existing relationships, we'll look to you to proactively contact customers to renew their contracts, upselling and cross-selling product options when appropriate.
**What you'll do**
- Work with Account Managers, Licensing Specialists, and manufacturer vendor representatives to maximize CDW performance on renewals and help drive sales
- Manage lead lists/renewal portals to maximize time, effort and sales and pipeline of quotes/orders
- Proactively consult with customers and collaborate with Account Managers to close renewal opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and consult with Account Managers and other Product Specialists
- Maintain business relationships with assigned manufacturer
- Develop innovative new ways to reach renewable opportunities
**What you need to succeed**
**Must-have**
- College Degree or 3+ years of experience in sales or sales support
- Proven success in working enterprise opportunities
- Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills (including technical writing and presentations) with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities
**Nice-to-have**
- Experience in technology sales
