We are looking for a **Renewals Specialist **for Enghouse Transportation and Public Safety.

**What we do**:
**The Role**:
The Renewals Specialist will be an individual contributor, who will work in a collaboration setting. This role will be responsible for maintenance renewals, renewal tracking, order management, data, and financial modeling of the maintenance & support quotes. This role will be cross-functional supporting Project Managers, Customer Support Managers, and Customer Success Managers. Success in the role requires a team player approach, the ability to work across organizations with disparate needs, creativity, and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to analyzing data and to synthesize multiple information sources to generate fresh insights.

**What you will be doing**
- Partner with the Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Manager to close renewals in a timely manner
- Prepare maintenance and support proposals, including renewal rate calculations and initial contract preparation.
- Secure Purchase Orders (PO) for support renewals and provide to finance for billing.
- Work closely with finance to ensure financial and contract details compared to the ISM database are accurate
- Respond to questions from customers and internal teams on any aspect of a renewal
- Manage & track maintenance and support billing, supplier cost data, payable invoices & contracts in coordination with finance
- Reconcile monthly recurring expenditures
- Renew third-party components and external contractor contracts in a timely manner
- Submit Subcontractor Compliance reports as applicable
- Distribute monthly third-party usage reports to partners and finance
- Prepare and manage weekly reports outlining backlog and renewal KPIs

**What you bring**:

- Minimum of 7+ years experience in renewals and sales operations roles
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and prior experience with modeling and analysis is essential in performing the role successfully
- Team player: experience working across functions to deliver customer and client-facing proposals
- Experience performing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support or drive business decisions
- Experience with software technology business is preferred
- Transit experience is considered an asset
- Able to prioritize requests based on importance and timing for key decision-making or events
- This position is remote and based in Canada
