Your Opportunity at SECURE The Field Solutions Manager leads safe and efficient field operations for personnel and equipment operating outside SECURE facilities. This role provides frontline leadership to field personnel, supports training and development, and ensures work is performed in alignment with SECURE’s safety, environmental, and operational standards. Work Environment The Field Solutions Manager role is a full-time, Monday to Friday position and includes after-hours on-call availability to support operational needs as they arise. This role includes a combination of field and office-based work. A Day in The Life Lead daily field operations, working closely with field service technicians, coordinators, drivers, and other operational personnel to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. Provide people leadership to Field and Coordinator personnel by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and supporting employee development. Conduct employee progressions and performance reviews. Provide after-hours operational support as required. Champion a strong safety culture and support the development and execution of safety initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Oversee cost-effective, technically sound operations and drive continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and reinforce SOPs through training, coaching, and leadership oversight. Support customer service excellence and ensure client needs are met. Act as a resource to the sales team by participating in site visits, scoping field solutions, and supporting job quoting. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet operational targets. Collaborate with the Area Manager, General Manager, and internal support teams to share best practices. Support the Area Manager and assume delegated responsibilities as required. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Grade 12 diploma or GED; post‑secondary education in a related field is considered an asset. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in waste management, oil and gas, or environmental services. Valid Class 5 driver’s licence. Valid industry safety certifications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop employees. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company‑specific applications.
