Structured Finance Analyst - Application Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to user inquiries and resolve incidents according to SLAs.
- Document and track incidents, maintain backlog tickets, and communicate updates.
- Partner with global support teams and participate in automation initiatives.
- Understand loan operations, regulations, and AMER-specific features.
- Assist in development and documentation of system requirements and support processes.
- Perform QA testing with IT teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

**Bonus points**:

- ITIL certification
- Experience in banking/finance, preferably trading or compliance.

Languages: English (fluent), French (a plus).

Vous collaborerez avec les banquiers seniors, les analystes de risque et les équipes opérationnelles,

**Responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs et résoudre les incidents conformément aux accords de niveau de service.
- Documenter et suivre les incidents, maintenir les tickets en attente et communiquer les mises à jour.
- Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes de support globales et participer aux initiatives d'automatisation.
- Comprendre les opérations de prêt, les réglementations et les caractéristiques propres à AMER.
- Participer au développement et à la documentation des exigences du système et des processus de support.
- Effectuer des tests d'assurance qualité avec les équipes informatiques.

**Qualifications**:

- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Expérience des bases de données relationnelles.
- Volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies et de nouveaux environnements.
- Licence en informatique, ingénierie ou expérience équivalente.

**Points bonus**:

- Certification ITIL
- Expérience dans le secteur bancaire/financier, de préférence dans le domaine du négoce ou de la conformité.
- Langues : Anglais (courant), français (un plus).
