**What you’ll do**:
As a Finance & Administration Analyst, you will report to the CFO and take on day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of accounting activities, financial reporting and administrative demands. The Finance & Administration Analyst will perform, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities to provide support and orientation to other departments as needed.

**What you'll do**:
Each day will bring upon something new and exciting, but some areas to focus on will be:

- Bookkeeping of all business transactions.
- Process accruals and adjustments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Issue monthly accounting statements.
- Document and file invoices, contracts and other necessary documents accordingly.
- Provide administrative support to all departments.
- Assist with creating and updating internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare tax reports, such as GST & QST returns and closing of fiscal year-end.

**Desired Skill Set**:

- Degree in Accounting, Business Management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to deal with confidential issues in a professional manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize errors quickly.
- Analytical skills, especially regarding accounting financial transactions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and proactiveness.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Finance, Bookkeeping and/or Administrative departments.
