Carleton Environmental Services (CES) is a family owned and operated business located in rural South Ottawa. We have proudly been serving the community, providing expert and trustworthy waste management services to Ottawa and surrounding areas since 1957. Our waste management services include commercial and residential septic pumping services, portable toilet rentals, and grease trap

servicing and maintenance. The CES team is customer service focused and committed to providing timely, superior services and products for our clients.

Our Office Team is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns, booking service calls, organizing service call routes, and invoicing. Our Operations Team of waste management specialists is responsible for completing the service calls. Collectively, these two teams work to provide professional and high-quality service for our customers.

We are currently looking for a **full-time Office Administrator **to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team, booking and dispatching service calls, organizing billing, processing receivables, answering phones, and other office administration tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Solid organizational and planning capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
- Ability to learn new software (e.g. SmartService, RouteOptix Management Systems)

**Compensation**
- Salary negotiable, depending on skills and experience
- Health benefits after 3 months of employment

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
