As the Shipping/Receiving Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that our custom stairs and railings are handled with care and precision. You will manage the logistics of incoming materials and outgoing products, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and maintain accurate inventory records.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the packaging, labeling, and loading of custom stairs and railings for shipment.

Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipping.

Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality, verifying that all products meet company standards.

Supervise the receipt of incoming materials, ensuring that all items are accounted for and meet quality specifications.

Work closely with the production team to forecast material needs and reorder supplies as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Basic computer skills.
