Receiver/stocker

**Job Overview**:
As a Receiver/Stocker at our Italian restaurant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth back-of-house operations by receiving, inspecting, and stocking all incoming deliveries. You will ensure that inventory is properly stored, organized, and readily accessible for kitchen and bar staff.

**Responsibilities**:
Receiving & Inspection:

- Accept and verify all incoming deliveries (food, beverages, supplies, etc.) against purchase orders.
- Inspect shipments for quality, accuracy, and damages, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Document received goods and maintain accurate records.

Stocking & Organization:

- Properly store all items in designated areas (dry storage, walk-in coolers, freezers).
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-labeled storage spaces.

Team Support:

- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely restocking of supplies.
- Help with occasional cleaning duties in storage and receiving areas.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic math skills for inventory tracking.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.86-$25.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
