**Position Title: Customer Support Representative**

**Main Objectives**

Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.

Providing proactive customer outreach and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and team members at all times.

**Responsibilities**

**Tasks**

Managing/Processing orders upon receipt until it is received by the customer.

Coordinate with production and purchasing department to ensure orders are shipped and delivered on time.

Responsible for arranging shipping and delivery of material where applicable.

Invoicing orders, processing returns and issuing credit.

Processing shipping documents, forms or requests needed to facilitate the process of importing and or exporting goods.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, providing the most appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Identifying pain points to share with the internal team to further improve and or develop & implement processes where suitable.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Liaise with Freight forwarders to facilitate customs clearance, shipping and receiving of goods.

Updating company database of order updates and or changes to customer accounts.

**Depending on the company's priorities, the job holder may be assigned other tasks within the incumbent’s skills and competences and for which they will be trained by a third party if needed.**

Education

High School Diploma, Post Secondary Education

Experience

2+ Years experience in a Customer Support or similar role.

Experience using an ERP system.

**Salary**: From $1.00 per year
