NOW HIRING - Spa Charity and Events Coordinator - Full Time / Part Time
Your passion is the key to world-class entertaining and events. Arrange all activity between Guests and Special Events hosted at Glow Day Spa, ensuring efficient scheduling and collaboration to successful on-site events and external events. Manages and coordinates Trade Shows and Charity events for marketing purposes under Glow Day Spa events.
You are an expert at multi-tasking, organizing events and have an understanding of spa wellness. You enjoy tailoring each guest’s needs through our specialty services, enhancements, and product lines.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Provide clients with professional planning of special events, celebrations, corporate events and more.
- Serve as the main liaison for each client, available continually for questions, concerns, planning and operation needs.
- Knowledgeable of Glow Day Spa full suite of services and actively suggest upgradeable and complimentary additions to each unique client event requests.
- Responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to; service planning, menu planning, rental coordination, logistics and event execution, inventory management, decor and event preparation, set up/tear down.
- Facilitate weekly updates to ensure all event deliverables are on track for the full event roster.
- Ensure smooth and sustainable event execution strategies in accordance with each client’s budget.
- Create an excellent experience for guests through a friendly and professional attitude going above and beyond expectations.
- You will always safeguard client information and confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional clean appearance of self and follow required uniform guidelines. Learn and support Front Desk Representatives and have full capabilities to perform Front Desk Representative roles.
- Must be willing to attend work/events on evenings & weekends and work flexible additional hours during busy season.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Completed recently Event Planning, or Project Management or Business programs with proof of certificate and references as well as previous work experience in a similar field.
- Be confident in working with clients with an outgoing and excited attitude for successful events.
- Be able to work weekends, days and evenings. Holidays are not required.
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
