We are hiring for an **Inside Sales Representative** to be part of our Sales Team. As an **Inside Sales Representative** you will have your own set of clients that you will connect and build relationships with.Your goal is to re-engage inactive customers, increase sales, and develop new business with existing customers.
- Call customers to re-establish relationships with TIGER and identify opportunities to sell TIGER products
- Sell TIGER products to meet customer requirements
- Negotiate prices and contracts with customers
- Source customer data and produce qualified customer lists
- Conduct market data analyses
- Build, modify and implement sales plans
- Prepare reports and ensure customer data is current in SAP and CRM
- Mexico Support as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient in English (written and oral) with a strong ability to inspire and influence others
- Skilled in conducting market and customer research, selling techniques and negotiation practices
- Demonstrated ability to work with and through different types of people and personalities
- Driven for results and self-motivated
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and energy in fast paced environment
- Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Proven ability to solve problems

**Salary**: $49,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
