As an Inside Sales Representative you will be in charge of your own destiny. We believe in giving mass amounts of trust and space to our employees, and this position is no exception. Your role in the business is to set appointments via:

- Cold Calling
- Follow-Up

You will have 1-on-1 coaching with the sales manager to work on your sales skills and develop your talent. Each Sales Representative is given their own set of goals to achieve with a massive reward each year. This year we have an all inclusive trip with the highest achievers.

**Requirements**:

- Some sales experience
- Confident and well spoken
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Driven
- Love to have fun

Nice to have:

- 1 year+ in sales on the phones
- Marketing / Business Diploma/Degree
- History in setting appointments
- Experience working remote

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$66,087.32 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
