**About the Role**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Pricing, order entry and expediting
- Provide effective management of customer accounts
- Serve customers in a courteous manner at the counter and over the phone
- Picking and packing orders
- Obtain and display technical knowledge of products
- Provide technical product assistance
- Work with accuracy in a safe and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Preferably have 1-3 years of electrical product experience and knowledge
- Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to customer success
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
