**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences through effective communication and active listening.
- Manage inside and outside sales processes, including upselling high-end products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
- Willing to travel to clients homes, for in-home design consultations, allowing for schedule flexibility.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and account management with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering expert advice on renovation projects, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients while maintaining existing accounts through personalized service.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within retail or high-end product environments.
- Knowledge of window coverings considered an asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems, and basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling and product demos.
- Background in renovation or construction industries is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in merchandising and account management tasks.
