We are currently seeking to fill a Sales Consultant position for our Ottawa concept store.

**Your role as a Sales Consultant at Home Société**:

- Welcome, guide and advise clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Help our customers design their interior and exterior spaces;
- Develop a strong network of clients and create a long-term relationship with them;
- Achieve your sales objectives.
- Respect at all times of the aesthetics and displays, as determined by our team;
- Perform regular follow-ups of sales contracts to ensure that the delivery and after-sales service are carried out as soon as possible and to the complete satisfaction of clients.

**To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills**:

- A keen interest in the world of decor;
- A minimum of **3 years experience** in a similar role;
- A confident and convincing approach, as well as an understanding of esthetic language;
- Strong communication skills (knowledge of French will be considered an asset);
- Available to work during the day, the evening and on weekends;
- A positive, dynamic and respectful attitude with both clients and work colleagues;
- An in-depth and continually updated knowledge of design trends.
