Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to be part of a team that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Balancing daily cash receipts/remittances and prepare bank deposits.
- Duties pertaining to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Filing and sorting mail received
- Maintain office stationery supplies and order as required.
- Assisting management with reports
- Accountable to know and understand the Company’s health and safety rules and regulations as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Type forms, letters, reports and memos as necessary
- Assistant to the Accreditation co-ordinator
- Maintain daily equipment cleaning and repair logs.
- Monthly reports including journal entries and balancing. Assist with all Year End Reports
- Maintain policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings. Preparing monthly statistic reports
- Schedule appointments for healthcare professionals
- Back up for Ministry Billing/Ministry Applications
- Other administrative support as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Business Administration Diploma or related experience
- Simply Accounting experience is a asset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy

and attention to detail
- Bookkeeping experience (1-2 years)
- A team player with a great attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to learn new software systems and follow ongoing changes.
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Standard First Aid/CPR certification and WHMIS training or the ability to maintain
- Valid Criminal Records Check
