**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop, update & maintain lease and property administrative processes (including budgeting & recoveries)
- Train new and existing personnel on the company’s lease and property administration processes
- Lead the implementation, training and support of new lease & property administration initiatives
- Guide, mentor, audit and coach personnel on lease & property administration. Organize regular workshops to include refresher training & review of current processes for areas of improvement
- Lead the automation of Lease and Property administrative processes utilizing existing software
- Review, update, maintain & develop lease and property administration reporting
- Provide management with KPI reporting

**Preference will be given to an individual who possesses**:

- Proven leadership and training experience;
- A post-secondary degree or certificate and proven experience in training or workshop facilitation;
- 2 - 4 years of commercial real estate administration and or lease experience;
- Experience with real estate software MRI or Yardi
- Ability to periodically travel to our western Canadian offices.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality orientation, with the ability to maintain strong relationships;
- A strong understanding of financial statements and contract law; and
- Command of the English language with superior written and oral communication, and computer literacy skills;
