**The Opportunity**:
Key tasks include:

- Help ensure smooth & efficient operations of the supply chain, for our Biosecurity and Livestock Field Services department.
- Inventory management - unpack and store inbound stock, manual lifting items that weigh 1-25 kgs, stock take, track inventory levels and investigate any stock level discrepancies.
- Customer service, administration, and accurate data entry in Excel for procurement, inventory, and quality control purposes.
- Dispatch supplies to customer sites in a timely manner.
- Purchase more materials, stock & equipment as and when needed.

This is a full time permanent position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), based in Te Rapa.

**About you**:
Key requirements we are looking for in a person to do this fast paced & varied role include:

- Prior experience or a relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory or Purchasing.
- Friendly person with a can-do attitude.
- Able to do manual lifting of inventory items on a daily basis, which can weigh up to 20 or 25kg.
- High attention to detail and very accurate data entry.
- Good at using MS Excel, Word & Outlook to complete Administration duties.
