We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to lead our dynamic and collaborative Supply Chain Team. The Manager, Supply Chain will play a fundamental role to optimize and coordinate the value chain of the company. The responsibilities include procurement, logistics, inventory management, vendor management, material planning and external and internal material flow. The principal tasks of this role are the continuous improvement and management of the whole supply chain “end-to-end”. **How you will make an impact**: - Drive optimization projects to increase the profitability of the company - Manage the proper definition, alignment, and implementation of the correct business plans to sustain a successful supply chain - Prepare strategy, documentation, presentations and make recommendations for technical/functional aspects related to the supply chain **How your time will be organized**: - Directs the purchasing and sourcing for all spend. This position will have responsibility for all procurement and sourcing performance including development and execution of an effective sourcing strategy, best value supplier selection and readiness, and delivering on procurement milestones including supplier quality, delivery, innovation pipeline, working capital excellence and productivity. - Negotiation of contracts and supply agreements - Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes - Development and execution of a supply chain strategy aligned to the business vision to address short and long-term challenges and leverage opportunities for cost savings - Cost optimization for logistics (storage, shipping) and purchasing - Optimization of internal and external interfaces throughout the whole supply chain - Achieve the business plan and deliver the supply chain KPI targets of instock/availability, fill rate and inventory levels - Lead the team to align with demand forecasts and manage inventory according to anticipated product changes and opportunities across all channels **What you’ll like most about working in the Supply Chain department**: - Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to establish/maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, goals and build the company equity and image. - Partner with cross-functional teams to align and achieve divisional targets - You will contribute to the successful launching of new products as well as ensure we keep product on the shelf and available to the consumer. - Strategic mindset and analytical skills and the ability to predict issues proactively through the analysis of data - Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. - Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building with a strong financial & business acumen and project management skills. - Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions and a high level of capability around managing relationships and outcomes with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service. - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with different teams, functions and business units across the organization, and deliver on project management accountabilities **Preferred qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering is required.
