**Position Summary**:
As Manager, Supply Chain, you will be experienced in leading supply chain teams in a cell and gene therapy (CGT) manufacturing facility. The person in this role will lead a high-performing team focused on supply chain and logistics projects adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The location of this position is at OmniaBio’s Hamilton, Ontario, facility. The role is site-based and may involve some work outside of normal day hours. The person in this role is responsible for the performance of multiple shift-based teams in the supply chain support of manufacturing activities and in support of OmniaBio’s client service provision of lifesaving CGTs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follows OmniaBio’s policies, standard operating procedures and GMP documentation, adhering to Good Documentation Practice.
- Responsible for all supply chain movement and activities within OmniaBio facilities to ensure all client timelines are met.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy, control and segregation.
- Responsible for all vendor relationships to ensure timelines are met.
- Responsible for ensuring all materials are compliant to be signed off in batch record.
- Ensures team is utilizing the SAP enterprise resource planning system to support supply chain activities.
- Participates and leads investigations to derive root cause of non-conformance activities.
- Adopts the OmniaBio Operating Model in embracing a continuous improvement approach to all work activities.
- Advises the executive leadership team of any issues that may impact service to customers.
- Provides management of, and drives standards within, the work group to ensure client and compliance needs are met.
- Ensures clear and accurate communication is maintained between all supervisors and their respective shifts.
- Liaises with the Master Scheduling, Production Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure capacity, resource and materials needs are understood and managed to meet the business plan.
- Responsible for full performance management (goal setting, promotion, discipline) and development of multiple shift-based work groups (50+ staff).
- Liaises with peers and management to ensure that adequately trained and competent employees are in place to execute the manufacturing plan.
- Proactively manages material excess and obsolescence.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- 4-year university program plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in biologics manufacturing supply chain.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
