**Job Title**: Chef de Partie - Mediterranean Cuisine
**Location**: Toronto, ON
**Reports to**: Executive Chef
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and execute Mediterranean dishes to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards.
- Manage your section (grill, meat, or seafood) with precision and consistency.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu execution and daily prep.
- Monitor stock rotation, portion control, and minimize food waste.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in a Mediterranean or grill-focused kitchen.
- Strong skills in **grilling, butchery, and seafood preparation.**:
- Excellent understanding of Mediterranean ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Team-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Salary**:$55,000 per year + Tips**:
