**Muskoka Extreme is looking to fill the role of a booking coordinator & company ambassador to join our water sports company for the 2024 summer season. If you are an outgoing individual who wants to spend their summer working in beautiful Muskoka, then this is the opportunity for you. This is a full time position and includes weekend work.**

**Staff** **accommodations available** **if required**

**This position does have the potential to be permanent, year round if applicable for the right applicant**

**Must hold a valid Class G Ontario driver's license**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Engaging with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner**

**Event Planning and Management**

**Booking/scheduling of instructors**

**Assisting in maintaining the company’s social media platforms and Website**

**Your duties include**:
**Assist in implementing Health & Safety Policies/Procedures**

**Processing customer payments**

**Tracking/entering employee’s hours for payroll**

**Ensure liability waivers are being signed by all customers**

**Process online merchandise orders (clothing)**

**Stay current on inventory levels (swag, PPE and media such as brochures)**

**Working with the Managers with the organization of team events**

**Assist Guests with all their requirements, problems and difficulties.**

**Attend regular departmental meetings**

**Attend all team events scheduled throughout the season**

**Display a positive attitude at all times.**

**Keep a detailed up to date organized data base of clients**

**Everyday general administration duties, billing, payroll**

**Working with the administration manager and general manager on specific tasks**

**Duties outside your job description as deemed appropriate by your Manager.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
