**The Role**

**Your Impact**
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing product development projects from concept to launch, including changes to existing products.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments.
- Manage the entire master data process by collecting, confirming, validating, and ensuring all master data is correct.
- Work with our other companies and locations to support their PD requirements
- Support the sales, marketing, and master data teams in creating and refining product formulations.
- Support the production teams as well as supply chain the planning teams in coordinating the development new product and changes to current products
- Support preliminary product testing and provide feedback.
- Manage changes to existing products, including running and managing our Business Impact Assessment process when changes occur.
- Maintain detailed records of product development processes, formulations, and project progress.
- Prepare and present updates to the sales and marketing teams and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead weekly PD review meetings as well as running workshops with key stakeholders in the development and/or changes to products.
- Manage the entire master data process to collect, validate, confirm, and correct master data.
- Ensure all required information is maintained in SAP.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
- Gather and analyze data to support new product concepts.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Master Data teams.
- Coordinate product trials and pilot runs.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure all new products meet safety and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing product specifications, packaging, and labeling information.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop promotional materials and launch strategies.
- Monitor the initial performance of new products and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related role in the food manufacturing industry.
