**Summary**:
As a Production Coordinator at J&T, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ouJob r production processes. You will coordinate various aspects of production, manage schedules, and liaise between different departments to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate Production Activities**:

- Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process management to ensure timely and efficient production.

**Schedule Management**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules, adjust timelines as needed, and communicate schedule changes to relevant teams.

**Resource Allocation**:

- Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage supplies to ensure all production needs are met.

**Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between production teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and resolution of any issues.

**Quality Control**:

- Assist in maintaining quality standards by monitoring production processes, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

**Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation to track progress and support audits.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes effectively.
- Attention to Detail and Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

**Please note that this role may require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on production demands.
