Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of events at one of the busiest public assembly facilities around? If you're a current student looking to gain real-world experience, we want to hear from you We are looking for 2 summer students to help us put on events this year

**Position**: Events Summer Intern and Sponsorhip Summer Intern
**Location**: SaskTel Centre
**Duration**: April 21st, 2025- August 30th, 2025. (Start date flexible pending exam/ schooling schedules)

**What You'll Do**:
As our Events or Sponsorship Summer Intern, you'll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and be a vital part of our dynamic team. From brainstorming innovative event ideas to ensuring every guest leaves with a smile, your contributions will make a real impact Here's a sneak peek of your summer adventure:
✨ **Be an Event Superhero**:
Assist our team in planning and executing exciting events. You'll help with logistics, prepare correspondence, and ensure everything goes off without a hitch

**Customer Champion**:
Handle inquiries and tackle complaints like a pro, always keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of your mission

**Data Detective**:
Dive into guest surveys and gather valuable insights to help us improve our events and sponsorships Your analysis will help shape the future of our facility.

**Creative Contributor**:
Collaborate with event managers to promote and execute engaging promotions, enhancing the experience for everyone involved.

️ **Team Player**:
Support pre and post-event meetings, inventory management, and all the behind-the-scenes action that makes our events shine

**What We're Looking For**:
Are you enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We want a team member who is:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Facility Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A natural problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong communicator with effective writing and speaking skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and software.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
