Our comprehensive end-to-end solution empowers Enterprise Digital Marketing Teams to achieve organic search results with agility, expertise, and scalability.
Our technology is essential with the evolution of AI Search (ChatGPT, Bard, Gemini) and the use of Large Language Models (LLMs). The knowledge graphs we build for search engines can also be used by AI large language models to understand web content.
Schema App is looking for a driven Account Executive to play a key role in accelerating the company’s growth and market leadership. You are a results-driven hunter, hungry to find new business, and have a knack for building relationships with Enterprise stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for developing and closing business in new enterprise accounts, and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success for scoping websites, understanding strategy for scope, and presenting it in a compelling way to customers.
- Keep your deals fiercely up to date to inform accurate forecasting and clarity to other stakeholders in the business (Ops, Finance, CS, Sales Leadership).
Beyond meeting quotas, performance will be evaluated based on other key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, pipeline development, and effective use of sales tools.
We are a scale-up in a very dynamic industry That means that you need to be comfortable with change and be ready to learn, adapt, and try again as the search market and our positioning evolves with AI Landscape.
**Skills**:
- Enterprise Sales: You are great at selling to large, matrix organizations with a range of technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written. Most customer meetings are on Zoom, so being able to develop rapport in a virtual setting, on video is important.
- Hungry to learn: Passionate about learning, you enjoy reading and staying up to date on our software, customer wins, and industry trends.
- Not afraid of a technical sale: Able to sell a technical solution, ideally more complex than schema markup.
- Resourceful: Self-starter that is organized and resourceful in finding answers.
- You’re passionate and excited about Sales and being part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years' track record of target achievement or over achievement selling Enterprise Solutions/SaaS.
- Strong foundational sales skills: experience managing a complex sales cycle including multiple stakeholders (buyer, technical, procurement, etc), building urgency, and exception handling.
- Experience and results in developing new business (cold calling to target accounts).
- BA/BS degree required
