**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized client files.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-organized at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a tax prep or accounting office.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Intuit Profile.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
