**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Operations Specialist located in Vancouver. The Regional Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, sales performance, and project management to ensure the success and growth of Neapolitan Pizza restaurants in the region.

**Qualifications**
- Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management skills
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in restaurant operations or food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in multi-store operations management, preferably in the restaurant or pizza chain industry
- Solid understanding of store operations and experience in new store setups
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to non-standard working hours
- Proficient in basic office software and capable of reading operational data to develop improvement strategies
- Proactive, highly responsible, and able to adapt quickly to the pace and multi-brand structure of the group

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
