Operations Manager

Our expanding company is seeking to hire an operations manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operations of our company, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and oversee the daily operations of the company and plan efficient administrative procedures.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Formulate operational work plans and objectives of the company; manage operational initiatives from development through to implementation; prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Assist HR department with recruiting when necessary.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with other managers to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Maintain and update the records management system. Oversee company's records from their creation and preservation to disposal.
- Assist the Finance department with budget/expenditure monitoring or variance analysis and statistical reporting as required.
- Train and develop administrative staff to perform at optimal level.
- Recommend and maintain appropriate staffing levels to balance service needs and operational expenses; interview and hire operations staff.
- Identify and lead process improvements initiatives to improve the client experience (internal and external).
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum college diploma
- Minimum three year of work experience in operations management
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of financial management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and aptitude for quickly learning new computer/internet skills
