Shift: 1:45PM - 10:00PM (In-Person)

What You’ll be Doing:

- Physical Inventory and Unplanned Counts_
- 30%_- Schedule required labour with Operations Leaders and Management to complete Physical Inventory counts- Oversee process to ensure accuracy and timeliness- Perform historical analysis to investigate system and actual on hand variances- Post all differences generated from counts
- Inventory Integrity - 70%_- Support Parts Supply and NPSC with physical and logical OH investigation request- Support investigation and analysis of parts discrepancies- Reviews/compares inventory to determine part claim disposition- Where required, perform historical analysis to investigate system and actual on hand variances to maintain inventory integrity- Assign Fixed Bins- Review and investigate picking denials- Provide coverage during vacations and unplanned absences for the Operations Planning team, including the following roles: Technical Coordinator, PDC Coordinator

What You’ll Bring:
- University degree or College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience (5 year’s parts operations)- Intermediate to advanced technical skills including - MS Office & MS Excel, SharePoint, SAP WMS, or related systems- Professional and customer service focused communication skills - both oral and written- Quality focused with excellent attention to detail- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills necessary- High degree of personal initiative- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
