Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage MRO inventory: analyze, establish, maintain, replenish, and set up new items
- Define and manage critical spare parts, including parameters
- Handle order recommendations, reservations, back-orders, and material recovery
- Monitor supplier performance on timeliness and delivery completeness
- Generate data, reports, and technical identification of MRO materials
- Act as subject matter expert (SME), problem-solver, and support standardization efforts
- Participate in system support functions (program changes, functionality, and testing)
- Drive supply chain improvements

Minimum Job Qualifications

- High school diploma or similar, plus some experience working in a lab, factory, or similar setting
- Some college classes in chemistry or a related subject are a plus
- This is a safety-sensitive position. Successful candidates may be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy and applicable Canadian laws
- Subject to successful completion of pre-employment screening, including background check where permitted by law
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
