**SALES AND MARKETING Golf**
**This role must understand the golf industry and golf**
a. First point of contact.
b. Manage leads in CRM and pass leads to President to determine which person / designer to move into proposal.
c. Request more information / initial engagement with web and social media leads and enquiries (i.e. possible lead wants a putting course and it will be salesperson role to get as much information about the space, goals and objectives and existing plan sets to work with etc. before passing onto the president. It will be the designer’s responsibility post this stage to contact the possible client if more information / technical info is needed
d. Make sure that all current and finished projects are up to date on the website. This includes liaising with the relevant designer and PM to access any updated information and pictures and videos for the website and social media.
e. Continuing customer relations with existing clients. This would include getting referrals (for websites) / getting clients to refer us to others and future marketing work at their facilities.
- **Standard Sales**_
a. Compile Sales and marketing reports
b. Weekly sales report from CRM
c. Managing CRM and maintaining and up to date pipeline
- **Social media**_
**Collaborate with third party provider on social media content strategy and creation**, including planning creative ideas and organizing photo/video shoots for effective messaging. Working with teams around the globe to get good content from projects in construction.
- **Content creation**_
a. Organize podcasts and interviews with magazines and key influencers - this includes for the president, partners and team
b. Write Blogs and articles and organize press releases
c. Assist with client interface and content
d. Assist with video creation and media content planning
**ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
a. Managing CRM and maintaining an up to date pipeline
b. Maintain and clean the filing system and making sure the team is updating for relevant projects
c. Plan domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
d. Process travel reimbursements and expense reports.
e. Help with logistics where required for projects with other team members (i.e help booking machine rentals, investigating best places to purchase certain material etc.)
f. Assist with any book keeping
g. Help manage correspondence
h. Schedule appointments
i. Proof read reports and communication where needed
j. Note taking with president in select meetings
Pay: $34,634.81-$58,653.44 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
