Events Marketing Manager

**Salary**: £30k - £40k depending on experience

2 days in Soho office per week

Our client produces showstopping live and digital events, research and insight reports, awards and start-up pitch battles in the education technology and health technology industries

Their events take place across the globe with a new launch event taking place in London this year and pitch battles in Singapore & Malaysia this November.

This exceptional small team are looking for a talented Events Marketing Manager who is excited by the prospect of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns & launching a new event.

This is a great opportunity to join an already successful business, to think creatively and implement new ideas and marketing processes to help scale the portfolio of live and digital products.

You will be expected to be in the office 2 days a week and work remotely 3 days a week.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Using market research to devise and deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns for the portfolio of events and promote the brand
- Website development and, working with the Conference Producer, ensuring all areas of the websites and other digital channels are kept fully up to date and populated with the latest event information
- Account management and communication with partners, including building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Manage agency and partner resources to produce content, provide profile information and marketing assets in line with content and editorial calendars
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and ROI (including ticket sales), using insights to continuously optimise and inform marketing plans
- Working closely with the sponsorship, design and operations teams to ensure that objectives are aligned
- Working with external clients to ensure that all marketing-related contractual obligations are delivered and objectives are met
- Evidence of executing successful marketing campaigns
- The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Slack, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Adobe Suite, Typeform and Zapier
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to run several projects at once across varying timelines to deadline
- Experience using marketing tools
- A strong sense of commercial awareness to gain insights into the competitive landscape
- A driven, analytical nature with a strong sense of self-motivation
- A natural curiosity to try new marketing tactics and optimise existing processes
