**Marketing & Coomunication Coordinator**

Celebrating our 20th Anniversary, London International Academy is the leading private International Secondary boarding school in London, Ontario. We provide full Ontario Secondary and IB curriculum with STEM offering Ontario secondary school diploma. London International Academy (LIA) is seeking a highly talented individuals to join our expansion of LIA’s marketing department in marketing/promoting our school local and globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking active role in school's marketing and promotion strategic plan with target goals.
- Take the lead on organizing the resources contacts/network development necessary to coordinate and put together high-quality sales presentations and marketing strategy for local and oversea market.
- Participate in PR and promotional events locally and abroad as a school representative to maintain/increase school branding and image
- Maintain up-to-date record keeping for all assigned prospects Track pipeline development and activities - i.e. source of prospect, stage in the sales process, next steps
- Contact and maintain local and overseas agents/staff to establish and maintain timely communication to support of marketing and recruitment
- Track recruiting progress - activity and recruiting targets using the CRM/sales mgmt. tools
- Plans and coordinates local and oversea events both on-site and off-site - including booking venues, catering, flights, invitations, RSVP tracking and invite follow ups.
- Administrator of website and social media accounts content
- Conduct regular and timely follow-up activities for lead inquiries
- Coordinate with Academic department to optimize curriculum arrangement for International students
- Plan and conduct events and private campus tours
- Manage the inventory of sales materials such as brochures, promotional items and presentation folders
- Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary support for promotional events
- Prepare budget and reporting for senior management

**Required qualification**:

- Excellent communicator and organized in multi-tasking

.Prior experience working in marketing and promotions
- A post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing communications/ sales related field or work/intern experience to equal
- Prior recruitment experience is not required but understanding of study permit and visa process is an asset
