**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, and update Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
- Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
- Perform and complete other assigned duties as assigned by the Sanitation Manager.
- Create maintenance notifications for the sanitation department.
- Follow daily and weekly task checklists
- Assist in training employees to complete duties as per operational standards/procedures
- Assist in review and improvement of Sanitation and pest control program

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- High level of interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Working knowledge and experience with Kleanz Sanitation Program
- Take initiative to work as part of the Sanitation team; also able to work with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter able to work with mínimal/no supervision
